Because Marie had LGMD we kept our travels to Canada and the United States. We took Air Canada many times to British Columbia to see our son Michael. In Ontario we drove to see our sons Mark and Paul in Kitchener and Toronto. We drove to Chelsea, Quebec for a family reunion at niece Linda's home. Marie loved the ocean. We spent time in the Carolinas, Florida and New Jersey on the water and also visited tourist attractions in those states.. She also enjoyed cities-- Toronto, Montreal, New York City, Phiadelphia, Vancouver, Quebec City and Victoria. In our modified van we drove through Canada to British Columbia stopping in Kenora to see niece Ann and in Brandon, Manitoba to see niece Maureen and their families. We then drove back through the USA and visited many sites. We loved the Badlands in South Dakota and revisited the area once again. Our trips did take us totally around Lake Superior. Marie loved Lake Superior. Over our lifetime together we took many, many "little rides". Marie did not stop doing things because she had LGMD. I will miss our adventures together!
