Condolence From: Roland and Kim Marcotte
Condolence: Our deepest sympathies to the family. We were neighbours of Rick's on Joshua Crt, our (then) 5 year old took rocks and scratched the hood of Mr. Palframan's car because he liked the design it was leaving in the paint. Mr. Palframan was so kind and reassured us not to worry as the car was getting painted anyway. He would always stop and chat and spoke fondly of his wife, children and grandchildren. May he RIP.
