LAMBRIGHT, Gary Keith – Passed away peacefully at the Bob Rumball Home for the Deaf in Barrie, Ontario on Tuesday, January 1, 2019 at the age of 79. Predeceased by his beloved wife Irene after they had just entered into their 50th year of marriage on June 19, 2014. He was born in Vancouver, British Columbia and moved to Toronto, Ontario when he was 17. He was an avid reader, hockey enthusiast, and member of the Welland Brethren In Christ Church. Cherished father of Garry Lambright (Naomi) and Bonnie Johnson (Craig). Proud grandfather of Elycia, Arianna and Matthew Lambright and Kirsten Johnson. Dear brother of Howard Lambright and Audrey Ferguson of White Rock, and Vancouver, British Columbia respectively. Dear brother-in-law of John Kish (Marlene), John Baxter (Lillian), Edward Kish (Marianne), Clara Kish, John Verhage (Yolanda) of Welland, Ontario. Predeceased by his parents Private Ivan and Bertha (Barbara) Lambright. A Service of Remembrance and Celebration of Gary’s life will be held at the Welland Be In Christ Church, 50 Lincoln Street West, Welland, on Monday, January 7, at 1:00 p.m. with visitation at the Church one and one-half hours prior to the Service, beginning at 11:30 a.m. Interment will follow at the Woodlawn Cemetery.
